My Rates

Overview

Below is a list of guidelines I use for pricing my services.  Customized services and pricing are available.

Short & Long Term Services

Short term contracts are available for 30-90 days and are billed weekly.  Long term contracts will be considered any term exceeding 3 months.  Compensation is based upon the services required. A minimum of block 10 hours per week is normally required.

Projects

Short or long term projects are considered any specific or special project that has a definitive start and end date.  Projects rates are based upon the specific requirements.  Examples include: research, events, etc.

Popular Basic Services

  • Business Letters starting at $12.00 (Includes postage, expedited services are extra)
  • Research $15 – $35 per hour
  • eCommerce website Order Processing, Products, Photos & Descriptions $22 per hour
  • Inbound Calls starting at: $17 per hour (min. of 3 days per week, 4 hours per day)
  • Document Editing $20 per hour

Travel

All travel rates are in addition to weekly or project pay.  Travel pay is  payable regardless of whether or not the project or services were completed.  I am not responsible for closed businesses, no-shows, or cancellations.  I am also not responsible for travel delays or cancellations.

Pay Rates

Pay rates are based on flat rate or actual hours worked, depending upon the project or service.  Payment is due weekly or monthly depending upon the project.

Retainers

Retainers are required for all new clients for short and long term projects and are non-refundable.
